What is the absorbing capacity of this Period Swimwear?

10 ml or 2 tampons, we recommend wearing it on days with moderate to light flow.

What material is the Period Swimwear made of?

Recycled nylon. The reason for that is WUKA’s commitment to reduce the discarding of leftover fabric after garment production, a practice inspired by the circular economy principles. Also, this Period Swimwear is with a slightly higher waist, following the curves of the female body for maximum comfort.

How does one take good care of their Period Swimwear?

We recommend washing it before first use. After use you can rinse it with cold water and natural soap (we love the Marseille one) before handwashing or machine washing it in a laundry bag at no more than 40 degrees, cold wash with dark colours. Do not tumble-dry, iron or bleach it, fabric softener is also not recommended. To shorten the drying time, make sure that the Period Swimwear has gone through a full spin.

What sizes is the Period Swimwear available in?

We have XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL at the moment. Please check the size guide to see which one would be best for you. Sizes are based on your hip line (measure the line of the area below your belly as shown on the last photo where it says “HIP LINE”. After measuring, refer to the size chart to determine the best size for you based on your hip line.
