What is this product?

These WUKA Cotton Period Pants are the budget alternative of the Organic Cotton WUKA Period Pants that we have in store, created especially for ladies who’d like to reduce their waste but are struggling to afford the organic cotton line.

What is the absorbing capacity of these WUKA Cotton Period Pants?

15 ml or 2-3 tampons. You can wear them for up to 8 hours.

If you need a more absorbent product we recommend the WUKA Seamless Period Pants, Eco Femme organic cotton night pads, the OrganiCup menstrual cups and their menstrual discs. 

What material are the WUKA Period Pants made of?

Cotton, PUL and a tiny bit of polyester, PFAS-free.

What is PUL?

One layer of Polyurethane laminate fabric used to improve the absorbency rate of period pants and to prevent potential leakages. 

How does one take good care of the WUKA Cotton Period Pants?

We recommend rinsing them with cold water and natural soap (we love the Marseille one) before handwashing or machine washing them at no more than 40 degrees, cold wash. Do not tumble-dry, iron or bleach them, fabric softener is also not rcommended. Drying takes between 1-2 days depending on the weather temperature, make sure that the pants have gone through a full spin if machine washed to save drying time.

What sizes are these WUKA Period Pants available in?

Sizes are based on your hip line (measure the line of the area below your belly, from bone to bone as shown on the last photo where it says “HIP LINE”. After measuring, refer to the size chart to determine the best size for you based on your hip line.
